Microgreens!

Here's the latest crop of microgreens! Microgreens are known for their phenomenal health benefits, similar to sprouts. They are almost ready to harvest. On the left is Detroit Dark Red Beet and on the right, Mammoth Red Rock Cabbage. Beautiful colors!

  1. Has anyone ever seen a nutritional analysis of Microgreens? Or is this just another urban legend blindly passed along as fact?

  2. Wow. Looks delicious. Are you growing them in soil? If so, what mixture?

  3. Thanks Sally! We're using Organic Mechanics. I really like this blend. Only problem is that it does have some bigger pieces that you may wish to pull out of your trays before sowing seed. Nice mix, though.
