Microgreens!
Here's the latest crop of microgreens! Microgreens are known for their phenomenal health benefits, similar to sprouts. They are almost ready to harvest. On the left is Detroit Dark Red Beet and on the right, Mammoth Red Rock Cabbage. Beautiful colors!
Gone to Seed...
The cabbage and kale have now started to bolt! This means we shouldn't have to buy seed for our fall crop! Kind of pretty, too, don't you think?
